Just a little post for a lovely DIY scrub just for you x
All you need is:
- 4 tbsp salt*
- 4 tbsp olive oil*
- 1 tsp of lemon juice*
- 1 tsp of fresh peppermint*
And then put the salt, lemon juice and olive oil into a bowl and mix well. Finely chop up the mint leaves and stir in. Place into an airtight container out of direct sunlight.
The best way to use this is to rub onto your skin in a circular motion from your toes and up your body. This stimulates circulation. Just one word of caution: This should only be used on your body, not on the delicate skin on your face.
