🌵Hurrah for Aloe vera! There's actually over 500 species of Aloe vera, indigenous to Africa, Madagascar and the Arabian Peninsula. It belongs to the Lily family.

🌵The species that is commonly found in New Zealand is the Aloe barbadensis.

💙 It can be used to treat many many skin issues from insect bites to acne and eczema.

💙 it is 96% water and contains a thick mucous gel that is naturally cool. It also contains Zinc, vitamins A, C and E.

📢 Remember to drain the yellow latex first and then blend some with distilled water or hydrosol. It can also be blended with honey or Avocado to make it even more beautiful and nourishing.
